Community Cafe

Loaves and Fishes EK is a grassroots charity based in East Kilbride, supporting people facing poverty, crisis, or hardship with food, essentials, and emotional support.

Our community cafe is a safe, warm space where anyone can come in for free tea, coffee, biscuits and a chat. It is open from 10am – 1.30pm.

In the cafe we also have a PC set up for free access to essential services, including job applications, preparing CVs, looking for financial and mental health support, etc.

The community cafe is also used for smoking cessation classes, pensioners groups, narcotics anonymous and a variety of other community groups.
